Each box or file is allocated its own unique barcode, this is then scanned and recorded during every single process the box undergoes. Thus creating a detailed record of its movements and allowing you to locate the exact whereabouts of your files within seconds.
24-7 Online Access
By logging on to our easy-to-use website, you can access your information from any location, any time. This allows you to make delivery requests, update inventory information or simply check on the current status of your documents.
Electronic Delivery Receipts
Once your boxes have been delivered or collected, you will receive a signed E-receipt directly to your inbox.
For smaller requests, we can scan your documents and email them directly to your desktop, or you can view them online using our online client portal.
Records Retention Programme
Our system allows you to record review dates for each of the files or boxes you hold in storage with us, this places you in full control of your records. Our system flags all boxes and files which may be due for destruction, we then forward a destruction authorisation form which requires signed approval before any action is undertaken. Only then, will we proceed with secure destruction of the records. Many companies do not have a records retention system in place. This simple, but effective system could save your business money by ensuring your storage costs are controlled.
