The continuing Policy of L&R Storage is to provide a professional and efficient service to meet all of the requirements of customers. This achievement will result in securing efficiency and enhancement of long-term profitability.
The Management Team bears the responsibility for establishing, maintaining and implementing the System for controlling those particular activities for which they are responsible. We undertake to ensure through instruction, practical example and training that Quality is the aim of all members of the Organisation and that each employee has a proper understanding of the importance of the Quality System function and its direct relevance to the success of the Organisation.
Equally every employee is responsible for, and will be trained to perform the duties required by his or her specific role. Furthermore the Organisation will ensure that any sub-contractors employed for a particular function will meet specified requirements and will accept the responsibility for their work.
The Organisation has a Policy of continual improvement and setting of Quality Objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
The Quality System will be monitored regularly under the Top Management's ultimate responsibility with regular reporting of the status and effectiveness at all levels.

The continuing Policy of L&R Storage is to provide and maintain high level Information Security to ensure business continuity, minimise business damage and prevent security incidents for our business and our customers.
This Information Security Management System (ISMS) is the means by which L&R Storage satisfies the requirements of BS ISO/IEC 27001:2017 with regard to the Organisation’s operations. It specifies the requirements for the implementation of security controls, customised to the needs of the Organisation or to specific parts thereof.
The implementation and continuing control of this Standard are fundamental to all work undertaken by the Organisation. The procedures established are adopted and practised by all employees at every level in the Organisation’s structure. The Organisation has adopted the process approach for developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of its ISMS.
The Organisation, in adopting the process approach is committed to:
Understanding business information security requirements and the need to establish policy and objectives for information security
Implementing and operating controls in the context of managing the Organisation’s operations.
Monitoring and reviewing the performance and effectiveness of the ISMS
Continual improvement based on objective measures
Communicate throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements specifically related to its business activities
Ensuring that adequate resources are determined and provided to monitor and maintain the ISMS.
